The Neighbourhood Watch came to Link UP needing support fixing their image through a series of corporate headshots. The organisations vision is that of a caring society that is focused on trust and respect in which people are safe from crime and enjoy a good quality of life. Neighbourhood Watch is about making sure that fewer people feel afraid, vulnerable or isolated in the place where they live.

The Problem

The Neighbourhood Watch has a stigma of being seen as a “male, pale and stale” organisation and there is an urgent need to give people a fresh perspective of the people involved. Through a new series of corporate headshots there is the hope that people will reconsider what and who the Neighbourhood Watch is for and give a fresh, vibrant image of the modern Neighbourhood Watch.

The Solution

After placing an advert for a Link UP Volunteer, Laura soon joined to offer her skills and expertise in order to capture the true vibrancy of Neighbourhood Watch. With a suitable location already scouted out by the organisation, Laura met the team to quickly and professionally take their headshots on site before liaising with the team in order to find their best photos for editing.

The Result

The photoshoot provided Neighbourhood Watch with a collection of photos that give a professional and engaging look which will sit on the website as well as being used for media outreach work.
