6-10 hours

Eye to Eye is looking for help deciding on the appropriate legal structure they should adopt to continue and expand their activities. They would like to discuss the potential structures that may be available to their community group and get advice on liability and employers insurance. They would also like assistance getting set up as a not for profit company and altering their articles of association to reflect their status. This will help them to apply for funding through grants which will allow them to reach and support more young people.

They are looking for a volunteer with legal and business experience who understands company structures and the benefits of each option.
