Wandsworth Older Peoples’ Forum (WOPF) acts as a voice for older people in Wandsworth, listening to communities in various ways and representing their beneficiaries at local events and through speaking to authorities.

Total length of project: 8 hours

WOPF are looking for some live audio visual support for a conference on Age-friendly Wandsworth. They need someone to set up the pre-installed sound system and projector ahead of, and during, the conference. The conference has a lot of speakers and WOPF would like slick changeovers. The individual should also help with connection of speaker’s presentation to projector and with a roving microphone.  The conference will take place Thursday 28th November from 10:00-14:30 at Anchor Church Centre, SW18 4DU.

For this role we need someone confident in audio visual equipment and live operation of these sorts of systems, as well as good event coordination skills. Experience of this is a must, although not necessarily in a conference setting.
